A partir del 15 de marzo de 1937, los funcionarios consulares deberán hacer adherir y anularán las estampillas destinadas al pago de los derechos que establece el artículo 2º de la Ley 2ª de 1936 a todo documento que haya de llevarlas, computando tales derechos a razón de un dólar o su equivalente en moneda del respectivo país por cada peso.
