La reseña identificativa de las personas se hará individualmente, y será, ante todo, dactiloscópica. Sin embargo, cuando se aplique a individuos condenados en los términos señalados en el artículo 14, deberá ser complementada por medio de la fotografía métrica o de filiación, a la reducción de un noveno del tamaño natural y con adición del dactilograma del dedo índice de la mano derecha.
