La diligencia de registro de domicilio que deba practicar la policía, se llevará a cabo de ordinario en horas hábiles de trabajo. Cuando las circunstancias lo exijan, podrá hacerse en cualquier hora del día o de la noche. Antes de utilizar la fuerza se requerirá al morador que permita la entrada.
