Art. 20. Establécese en la ciudad de Bucaramanga un segundo Juzgado de Circuito en lo civil.

Esté juzgado tendrá el mismo número de empleados y éstos los mismos sueldos que hoy tiene el otro Juzgado de Circuito en lo civil, allí establecido.
