° La enseñanza práctica en las Escuelas Vocacionales Agrícolas se suministrará por el sistema de proyectos, o sea, el conjunto de faenas agrícolas y actividades complementarias de ellas, tales como ganadería, avicultura, cría de conejos, pequeñas industrias, etc. Un proyecto termina con su realización comercial, pero su finalidad propia es el aprendizaje de los alumnos.
