Las personas que, conforme al artículo anterior, deseen formar parte de las cooperativas de producción agrícola, deberán suscribir acciones por un valor no menor de cien pesos ($100.00) moneda corriente cada una. El pago de estos aportes podrá hacerse por el campesino, mediante abonos parciales que se tomarán en porcentajes de las utilidades que al accionista correspondan en la cooperativa. Dicho porcentaje será fijado por los estatutos de cada cooperativa.
