º Recibida una resolución en apelación por el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, se fijará en la cartelera del Consejo, por el término de cinco (5) días, con el objeto de que dentro de él, el interesado presente las pruebas y alegatos que estime pertinentes; vencido dicho término, el Consejo decidirá el recurso en la sesión ordinaria siguiente, decisión que será definitiva.
