Representación en los Consejos Territoriales de Seguridad Social en Salud. Los Consejos Territoriales de Seguridad Social en Salud, en los niveles Departamental, Distrital y Municipal, contarán con la representación de las Asociaciones de Usuarios. Las Asociaciones de Usuarios enviarán un representante ante el Consejo Territorial de Seguridad Social en Salud, elegido en Asamblea General, por y entre los representantes de las diferentes asociaciones de la respectiva entidad territorial.
