Los directores y el Gerente del banco que autoricen o ejecuten operaciones prohibidas en esta Ley, incurrirán, cada vez, en la pena de multa de $ 500 a $ 2,000 que les impondrá el Superintendente bancario, y serán removidos de sus cargos. Si de tales operaciones se hubieren seguido perjuicios al Banco, serán personal y solidariamente responsables de tales perjuicios.
