Podrán participar en la relación docente-asistencial por una parte, las instituciones que prestan servicios de salud, y por otra, las instituciones de educación superior, de conformidad con lo establecido en la Ley 30 de 1992 y las de Educación Formal y No Formal a que se refiere la Ley 115 de 1994, en lo que les sea aplicable. También podrán participar otras instituciones que propicien el desarrollo científico y tecnológico del área de la salud, legalmente reconocidas.
