º. Los productores, importadores, distribuidores y demás responsables de pago de impuestos o de sumas debidas por otros conceptos a los Departamentos, Intendencias, Comisarías y Municipios, deberán consignar a órdenes de las Tesorerías correspondientes las sumas causadas por tales conceptos dentro del termino que señalen las respectivas normas.
