La Comisión de Ética y Estatuto del Congresista para el conocimiento de las violaciones al régimen de conflicto de intereses de los Congresistas, aplicará el procedimiento previsto en los artículos 20 y siguientes de este Código, sin perjuicio de la competencia atribuida a los organismos jurisdiccionales y administrativos.
