Serán funciones de los Tesoreros las que les señalen las Juntas respectivas, y estarán especialmente encargados del cobro del impuesto de valorización, para lo cual tendrán jurisdicción coactiva y podrán emplear los medios legales de que usan los empleados recaudadores de las contribuciones públicas.
