Este reconocimiento i ordenacion del pago se hará aunque el derecho del reclamate haya prescrito conforme al artículo 54 de la lei 4.ª de junio de 1851, orgánica de la Administracion de la Hacienda nacional, i al 59 de la de 4 de julio de 1866, que prorogó el término para la prescripcion.
