Garantía de la calidad de la información . Los representantes de las entidades públicas obligadas a reportar la información, deberán garantizar la oportunidad de los reportes, al igual que la idoneidad del personal responsable del reporte, para cuyo efecto deberá registrarse en el SIGA cualquier cambio o novedad del personal autorizado por la entidad para el registro, reporte y/o actualización de la información en el Sistema.
