En los casos de cesiones o de simple deterioro, la sociedad hará la reposición de los títulos correspondientes, previa entrega de los anteriores por el interesado; en los casos de pérdida, extravío, robo o hurto, la reposición se hará con sujeción a las prescripciones legales vigentes.
