Art. 279. Cada mes se remitirá a la Secretaría de Hacienda una relacion de los manifiestos, presentados, con la clasificacion contenida en el artículo 275, i con espresion del dueño del cargamento, número del manifiesto, clase de efectos, su peso total i derechos causados.
