FECHA DE INICIACION DEL CONSEJO. Sorteados los vocales, decidido lo relativo a impedimentos y excusas si fuere el caso, el presidente, mediante auto de sustanciación, señalará la fecha y hora para la iniciación del consejo verbal de guerra, previa citación de quienes deben intervenir en él.
