Art 18. Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para que pueda conceder moratorias, hasta por dos años, a los deudores al ramo de bienes desamortizados no comprendidos en la disposicion del artículo 12 , siempre que aseguren la deuda a satisfaccion i en los términos que disponga el mimos Poder Ejecutivo, i que paguen un interés del seis por ciento anual sobre el capital, si no estuvieren obligados de antemano a pagar otro mayor.

Parágrafo

Esceptúandose de la disposicion de este artículo las deudas que prevengan del remate de los bienes desamortizados.
