° Cada Penitenciaría debe tener anexa una granja agrícola con el objeto de enseñar la agricultura a los condenados que parezcan capacitados al efecto, o de perfeccionar, los conocimientos a los que anteriormente hubieren estado consagrados a ella. En todas las Cárceles se procurará tener con el misino objeto el terreno contiguo necesario para él establecimiento de cultivos agrícolas, aunque sea en pequeña escala.
