° Capital mínimo para los comisionistas independientes. Las sociedades comisionistas independientes actualmente constituidos deberán mantener el monto absoluto de capital mínimo a que se refiere el artículo anterior en la fecha que más adelante se determina. Para tal efecto tendrán en cuenta, además del capital pagado y una vez deducidas las pérdidas acumuladas, las cuentas mencionadas en el artículo segundo del presente Decreto.
