Cuando la nueva prueba aportada al proceso imponga la necesidad de variar o sustituir la clase de medida de aseguramiento que se haya proferido, así procederá el juez de oficio o a solicitud de cualquiera de los sujetos procesales.

Se revocará la medida de aseguramiento si las pruebas que sobrevengan desvirtúan las exigencias para mantenerla.
