Para el pago ó arreglo de las garantías de interés, subsidios, subvenciones ó auxilios de cualquier género que, en virtud de contrato, se comprometa el Gobierno á dar para la construcción de ferrocarriles, podrá el Gobierno emitir y perfeccionar los documentos de crédito que estime convenientes en la forma, por el tiempo y con las condiciones que hallare más acertadas, según el caso. Estos documentos de crédito podrán afectar la renta de aduanas ú otra cualquiera de las rentas nacionales.
