Abrese al Presupuesto Nacional de gastos del año económico de 1915 un crédito extraordinario por la suma de quince mil pesos ($ 15,000) con la siguiente imputación

Ferrocarriles.

Parágrafo

Las oficinas ordenadoras y pagadoras respectivas describirá en sus libros las operaciones a que da lugar el presente Decreto.
