Responsabilidad por el suministro de información. Las Cámaras de Comercio, en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Código de Comercio, podrán exigir al comerciante que acredite la información declarada en el Registro, para hacerse acreedor al beneficio previsto en este Decreto.
