Destínase para tal objeto la suma de veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000.00) que serán incluidos en la Ley de Aproximaciones para la próxima vigencia, suma que ingresara directamente al Tesoro Municipal de Santo Domingo y cuya inversión se hará por una Junta especial que estará constituida por el Alcalde, el Cura Párroco, el Presidente del Consejo y el señor Personero Municipal. Si la Junta lo creyere conveniente, puede invertir parte de esta suma en la modernización del Hospital que actualmente existe en tal Municipio y la otra parte en la pavimentación de su plaza principal.
