Autorízase a la Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia, sede Tunja para que, con cargo a los recursos definidos por esta Ley, promocione y fortalezca la RED DE MUSEOS, que existe dentro de la institución para que de esta forma se promueva la investigación arqueológica y la conservación de saberes ancestrales.
