A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto la Nación, los departamentos y los municipios, así como sus entidades descentralizadas, determinarán cuáles son los cargos que requieren ser ejercidos por Técnicos Electricistas y, para tomar posesión de los mismos, deberá presentarse la correspondiente matrícula de Técnico Electricista.
