Artículo tercero. Con excepción del territorio de los Llanos Orientales, en adelante, las sumas por multas causada por mala imposición de marcas a los ganados, de que tratan los artículos 1º y 5º de la Ley 34 de 1940, serán recaudados por los Fondos Ganaderos, y éstos expedirán acciones de la clase "A" a favor de los respectivos Municipios por el monto de los recaudos causados en su jurisdicción.
