El Ministerio de Educación Nacional, por conducto de la Academia Colombiana de Historia y con su colaboración y sensoria, abrirá concurso para premiar la mejor biografía completa del General Rafael Uribe Uribe. El primer premio será de $ 15.000.00 moneda nacional, y el segundo de $ 5.000.00, y en los dos casos la edición de la obra por cuenta del Estado.
