Grupo Departamental de Medidas Complementarias . En aplicación al principio de responsabilidad territorial, se crean los Grupos Departamentales de Medidas Complementarias. Estará integrado por el Gobernador o su Secretario de Gobierno o del Interior del Departamento, la Policía Nacional, la Comisión Nacional de Reparación y Reconciliación CNRR, la Dirección Seccional de Fiscalías y la Defensoría del Pueblo.
