Las reclamaciones que se presenten por los interesados deberán hacerse por escrito ante, la Gerencia, la cual dictará su resolución dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes. Contra esta resolución podrá instaurarse por los interesados el recurso de reposición ante la misma Gerencia. La resolución, que la Gerencia dicte podrá recurrirse por la vía contencioso administrativo. Toda reclamación deberá ser hecha antes del retiro de las mercancías afectadas.
