° El cumplimiento de la Comisión está sujeto al perfeccionamiento del contrato que suscriba el doctor Rafael Libardo Ardila Alejo, con el Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico, por medio del cual se compromete a prestarle sus servicios a la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio al término de la Comisión de Estudios fin armonía con los artículos 86 y 87 del Decreto 1950 de 1973.
