Solo en caso de ausencia temporal del Rector, del Secretario o del Profesor de una materia, le es permitido al Portero, en su calidad de Celador, hacer guardar el orden a los alumnos, anotándolos para que el Rector o Profesor correspondiente aplique la respectiva pena reglamentaria a los introductores del desorden.
