º Si entre el 1º de octubre de 1987 y la fecha de vigencia del presente Decreto se presentaren vacantes en cualquiera de los cargos relacionados en el artículo 3º del Decreto 623 de 1985, tales cargos quedarán suprimidos. El Ministerio de Minas y Energía certificará las novedades que en este sentido se presenten, con destino al Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil.
