ARTICULO 155 . ATENCION EN SALUD. Los funcionarios del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, estarán afiliados al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud, en los términos previstos en la Ley 100 de 1993. Los familiares de los funcionarios del INPEC, en desarrollo del artículo 163 de la misma ley, serán beneficiarios del Sistema.

Parágrafo

De conformidad con el numeral 2 del artículo 157 de la Ley 100 de 1993, son afiliados al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud, los pensionados por vejez, invalidez y supervivencia.
