Vótanse hasta sesenta mil pesos ($ 60.000) para dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley, que se apropiaran en los Presupuestos de la Nación, y si no fueren incluidos en ellos, esa suma o parte de ella, facúltase ampliamente al Gobierno para disponer de partidas del Presupuesto Nacional para dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley, que regirá desde su sanción.
