Los postulantes al Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda en las condiciones de que trata este capítulo, podrán acogerse a cualquiera de los planes declarados elegibles por el Fondo Nacional de Vivienda o la entidad que haga sus veces, o por el Banco Agrario o la entidad que haga sus veces, según corresponda.
