En las licitaciones para la concesión de espacios de televisión que realice el Instituto Nacional de Radio y Televisión, Inravisión, para la programación general, el pliego de condiciones que adopte el Consejo Nacional de Televisión deberá contener en forma expresa y concreta los aspectos señalados en la Ley 14 de 1991 y Ley 80 de 1993.
