Vencido el término anterior, el investigador tendrá hasta veinte (20) días para decretar las pruebas pedidas y las que por oficio considere conducentes y hasta el máximo de los términos fijados del artículo 146 para su práctica; pero si fueren más de tres (3) los disciplinados, el término para la práctica se ampliará en doce meses.
