De los procesos de desarrollo sostenible para la reconciliación. El Ministerio de Vivienda, a través del Plan Nacional de Suministro de Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico Rural (PNAPSBR), asegurará el acceso a agua potable y saneamiento básico en las zonas rurales y garantizará la gestión sostenible, a través de soluciones tecnológicas apropiadas y procesos de participación activa de las comunidades. Dicha focalización se realizará en los municipios con Planes de Desarrollo Territorial (PDET), con miras a ampliar su alcance de manera progresiva.
