°. Fíjase la asignación básica mensual del Jefe de la Oficina de Control Interno de Ecopetrol S. A. en la suma de seis millones quinientos mil pesos ($6.500.000.00) m/cte.

Parágrafo

El régimen prestacional aplicable al empleo de que trata este artículo, será el establecido para los empleados públicos de la Rama Ejecutiva del Poder Público del orden nacional.
