SUPLENTES. El suplente pasará a principal cuando éste último manifieste formalmente que dejará de asistir a las sesiones por un período continuo mayor de un mes. Igualmente la ausencia de un principal por período mayor de tres meses produce la vacante, y asumirá el suplente mientras la autoridad competente no dispone otra cosa. Sección III.
