Cuando haya de verificarse la elección de un empleado cuyo ejercicio debe reunir el nombrado condiciones de idoneidad u otras, no se necesitará la presentación previa de los comprobantes que se acrediten las condiciones requeridas. Dichos comprobantes deben presentarse en la forma que determine la ley, antes de que el empleado empiece a ejercer el cargo.
