Cajas Menores. Las empresas podrán constituir cajas menores y hacer avances previa autorización de los gerentes, siempre que se constituyan las fianzas y garantías que éstos consideren necesarias. (Art. 37 Decreto 115 de 1996, inciso final derogado parcialmente por el Decreto 2768 de 2012)
