ARTICULO 12. Supresión de Empleos. Dentro del término para llevar a cabo el proceso de reestructuración del ICETEX, la junta directiva suprimirá los empleos o cargos vacantes y los desempeñados por empleados públicos cuando ellos no fueren necesarios en la respectiva planta de personal como consecuencia de dicha decisión.
