Cédense a favor del Municipio de Bucaramanga las acciones y derechos que la Nación tenga en el Hotel "Bucarica" que se construye en dicha ciudad.

Parágrafo

Por conducto del Ministerio de Obras Publicas se hará y legalizará debidamente la cesión de que trata la presente ley.
