LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.5.5. Vigencia de Licencias. Cumplidos los requisitos establecidos bajo la presente Sección, la Autoridad Marítima hará la respectiva “Refrendación” autorizando el marino extranjero para desempeñarse en el buque del Armador, en la capacidad de su licencia, hasta por un máximo de un (1) año, autorización que podrá ser renovada hasta por un (1) año más a solicitud del Armador y siempre y cuando se satisfagan nuevamente los requisitos enunciados anteriormente.
