De conformidad con el numeral 12 del artículo 76 de la Constitución, revístese al Presidente de la República de facultades extraordinarias, por el término de seis meses, contados a partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley para determinar la estructura, régimen y organización de los Seguros Sociales Obligatorios y de 1as entidades que los administran.
