Los elementos que se introduzcan para el acueducto de Tocaima y para la planta eléctrica del Municipio de San Pedro (Departamento Norte de Santander), quedan libres de impuestos de aduanas y el valor de los fletes en los ferrocarriles nacionales se les rebajará en un cincuenta por ciento (50 por 100).
